CONSTRUCTION:
Fully fabricated with 5mm checker plate, 150 x 8mm CNC cut coamings, Fully integrated drawbar and beavertail with ramps.
CHASSIS:
Fabricated with UB 200 25.4kg.
Full length floor supports.
DRAWBAR:
1,450mm including coupling.
One piece drawbar with bolt on coupling.
Coupling height: 650mm + or – 50mm.
FLOOR:
5mm Checker Plate with Chain Slots (crows feet) every metre against coamings.
3,600mm Long (exc beavertail).
910mm floor Height with 215R75 17.5 Tyres.
BEAVERTAIL:
1,000mm Long with 5mm Checker Plate .
Beavertail is additional to floor length.
Open centre rear well.
Swing down stabilising legs for additional support when ramps in use.
RAMPS:
2,100mm x 760 manually operated spring loaded ramps.
Fabricated from mesh.
COAMING RAIL:
8mm machine cut, raised 10mm above floor level where practical
Rope rail & tie downs mounted under comings.
Horizontal tie downs mounted between floor & Coamings every metre.
FRONT HURDLE:
Fixed 300mm high made out of heavy duty 100mm x 50mm x 3mm RHS.
ACCESS:
Rear access via step between ramps with handles.
Front access either side of trailer.
AXLES:
K-Hitch 17.5″, 10 stud 225 PCD drum brake , parallel bearing & auto slack adjusters.

SUSPENSION:
Jato/Tag A Long 9 leaf under slung mechanical suspension, 90mm wide spring packs

Mudflaps fitted to the rear to tyre group.

Air Brake Corporation (ABC) to current ADR38/05.
WABCO multivolt ABS 12 or 24 volt.
ELECTRICAL:
To current ADR 13 requirements using Hella Mutivolt LED lights.
3 in 1 Heavy duty with 8 to 28 volt range and 0.8 power consumption.
All wiring in E-Max electrical loom and connections using Deutsch double
“O” ring sealed plugs.

2,000Kg + OR – 3% (based on specifications listed).
WELDING:
All welds to be carried out in the optimum position.
All vertical welds to be up hand.
No porous welds.
No weld grind back (thinning weld runs).
No heavy grind marks that will show when painted.
No undercut or rolling welds.
FINISH:
All surfaces to be painted will be cleaned of all weld spatter.
Temporary weld tack’s sanded smooth.
Abrasive blast.
Paint thickness to manufactures specification.
All touch ups of paintwork to blend.
Paint work to be of consistent thickness with high gloss finish and no runs.

Ramps: Galvanised.
PRE DELIVERY:
All service points to be serviceable and accessible.
All brake, hydraulic, air and electric lines to be of correct working length
and be bracketed, spiral wrapped, clamped and tied to prevent chaffing / pinching.
All brakes to be adjusted, lubricated and tested.
All hydraulics to be tested and checked for leaks.
